Make sure all the small filter in the Fuel Distributor and WUR are clear from gunk. I just removed them off my 81 Euro. Make sure you don't have any vac leaks, replace all the vacuum hoses with new. How is the Timing? Did you verify it's on-time? Also, when you do time it, you must plug the vac line to the ignition distributor.

can you explain WUR ? :p

hmm, how do i locate the filters in the fuel distributor?

i shuld try to locate some vac lines and replace them.

and a new Q: my voltage meter en the instrument only shows 12 V al the time, and when i try to play loud music on the CD player, it cuts and shuts down and start again, and if i dont turn down the volume, it cuts again, and the display on the CD player does dim when i`m playing loud.

thanks for help :D

The Warm up Regulator is right center front of your engine. On the inlet side there will be a small filter. Just remove the line from it, it's just underneath. Same with the Fuel Dist, there are small filters just under the lines that end up to your Injectors.

The 12v at your cluster can be a lot of things. Most likely a corroded connectors behind the cluster. Also, grounds are an issue on our cars, find a chart on where they all are and clean them with a wire brush. Your amp or stereo cutting out since it is not getting enough power. I run a large Fosgate Cap to keep that from happening, regardless your charging system must be working as it should.

Yup, then to left of that is the AAV (Air Aux Valve). Also, here is a vid I did with replacing the Injectors as well.
